Fractional CEO, Founder & Growth Operator

With 25+ years of experience across capital markets, commercial banking, enterprise digital strategy, and AI-enabled transformation — plus the firsthand experience of founding and scaling my own company — I bring an operator’s mindset to every fractional CEO and strategic advisory engagement. Today, I partner with founders and companies ready to build with structure, clarity, and momentum.

From Wall Street to Founder to Fractional CEO

Capital Markets Foundation

My career started in the trenches of fixed income research. At Bear Stearns, I was part of the CDO Research Team — ranked #1 by Institutional Investor during my time there — issuing Collateralized Debt Obligations and learning the mechanics of how capital really moves. From there, I spent four years at Standard & Poor’s as a Director, managing over 100 asset manager relationships and publishing fixed income research.

That foundation in capital markets gave me something most fractional executives and startup consultants don’t have: a deep understanding of how investors think, what financial discipline actually looks like, and how to build the kind of structure that earns institutional confidence.

I didn't just advise founders — I became one. I founded and ran an upscale children's fashion line in New York City, incorporating fabric and techniques from my native roots in East Africa. That experience taught me what no corporate role ever could: the grit, resourcefulness, and relentless focus it takes to build something from nothing.

Bank of America: Enterprise Scale

In 2014, I joined Bank of America, where I spent over a decade in progressively senior roles. As a Senior Relationship Manager for the Global Commercial Bank, I managed middle market companies with revenues ranging from $50MM to $2B+ and achieved 20% portfolio growth. Most recently, as SVP and National Digital Executive, I led digital engagement for the bank’s small business clients nationally — moving 3.4 million clients to digital platforms and championing AI adoption strategy at enterprise scale.

Today: Alvix Advisors

Today, I channel all of that experience into Alvix Advisors. As a fractional CEO, COO, and strategic advisor, I partner with startups and SME leaders to install the strategy, financial architecture, and operational discipline needed to grow with confidence. I don’t advise from the sidelines — I build alongside you.
